Please Vote Krissy Polimeno - School Committee - April 10, 2010

Update on Rally:
On March 12th, we held a rally at the Tewksbury Country Club and we would like to thank the over 200 people that attended throughout the evening. We handed out lots of yard signs, signed up volunteers and appreciate everyone who donated to the campaign. Krissy also gave a great speech focusing on the three main areas of her campaign; Collaboration, Leadership and Committment. There are plenty of pictures from the rally that can be seen on the website at : www.votekrissypolimeno.com

Meet with Krissy:
Krissy is hosting a meet and greet on Friday March 26th at the Dunkin Donuts across from Market Basket near Shawsheen Street from 9:00am - 11:00am. Please fee free to stop by and ask questions, share concerns or just say hello. Krissy will also be out and about at town and school meetings this week, so if you see her, please be sure to say hello and feel free to ask about her vision for continuing to improve our schools for the benefit of our residents, the school staff and the students.

Absentee Ballots:
Absentee ballots are now available for the Town Election on April 10, 2010. You may vote absentee if you are a registered voter and you will be unable to vote at the polls because you will be out of town during the hours the polls are open, because you have a physical disability or because of religious beliefs. Applications for absentee ballots may be obtained from the Town Clerk or the Office of the Secretary of State. Downloadable Absentee Ballot applications are now available online at the State Elections Division Web Site. Applications may be submitted in person or by mail. Applications for absentee ballot must be received by the Town Clerk before 12:00 noon the day before an election. Applications may be mailed or hand-delivered to the Town Clerk's office.

As Seen in the Tewksbury Advocate last week:
Jerry Selissen, president of the Friends of the Tewskbury PAC, said there was "a spectacular turnout" at this years St. Paddy's Day Breakfast on Saturday with over 200 people in attendance at the VFW Post 8164 on Vernon Street. Shown here is a picture of Krissy delivering her fun and informative speech to the attendees:
